1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
Include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).
Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and custom/personalized orders are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
2. Return Process

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 Days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged/defective item for faster resolution.
6. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Clearance or final sale items
Personal care or hygiene products
Customized or personalized products
