Initiating a Return

Shipping the Item

Pack the item securely, including the original packaging.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be credited.
