2. Non-Tangible Irrevocable Goods

As we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods (virtual coins), we do not issue refunds once the product has been delivered to your provided username. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

3. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy are made only in the following circumstances:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to mailing issues or server failure, you do not receive your delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
Product not as described: Such issues should be reported to our support department within 24 hours from the date of the purchase.

4. Incorrect Username

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the username provided during checkout is correct. We cannot recall or refund coins sent to an incorrect username provided by you.
